In every one of their April issues since 1997, Caravan and Motor Caravan magazine have announced the Top 101 Caravan Parks in the UK - as voted for by their very own readers. And in 2007, for the very first time, our name has been included.

It's a great accolade for us but it is not the first time people have given our caravan park their 'vote'.

We have been attracting people in their tourers and motorhomes, on their bicycles and motorbikes, from all over the UK and Europe - in their thousands - since the early eighties. People come to us because they like where we are (on the outskirts of the lovely country town of Peebles), they like what we offer (a truly restful park in a beautiful area simply bursting with things to see and do) and they like how we do things (no noise, no fuss, just a people-planned park that gives you space and has every key facility in place - from fully-serviced pitches to children's play areas, new shower block to well-stocked caravan and camping shop.) Tweedside Caravan Park is set amongst the beautiful rolling Borders countryside and also lies alongside the famous River Tweed.

This is an ideal centre for touring the Scottish Borders and is within easy reach of many main towns including Edinburgh.

Many people come here to enjoy walking, cycling, fishing and of course golf. There are many excellent golf courses with easy reach.

If all you want is to chill out and relax then this is the place to do that as well!

The Park is set in 7.5 acres and is situated next to the River Tweed. Fishing permits available from reception.

Touring pitches available with with electric hook ups, also tent pitches set in their own area near to the River.

We have more than one hundred static pitches with a few statics available for hire or sale.

There is a gift shop on site also a laundrette and we are currently developing a small games room into a family room.

Rosetta Caravan and Camping Park is a beautifully matured park set in the picturesque town of Peebles. The park is based in 47 acres of grounds surrounding a late Georgian mansion and stable block.

We have endeavoured at Rosetta to make the park as beautiful today as it was back in the early 18 hundreds when the house was constructed.

The park is very spacious with plenty of room for children to play, or adults to just sit and relax. Our aim at Rosetta is to give you a quiet and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings which we feel we have accomplished by previously winning the Best Park in Scotland award.

The banks of the River Jed provide a perfect setting for this peaceful country Caravan Park, 4 miles south of Jedburgh, off the A68. Nestling in its own beautiful wooded ravine, a perfect sun trap and sheltered from wind, Jedwater Park is owned by Maureen and Neil Gibson. Holidaymakers can always be sure of a warm and friendly welcome at both the Caravan Park and the family farm, where you could meet our Shetland ponies. Come at the right time and you might see some new born lambs.

The Caravan Park stretches over ten grassy acres with spacious pitches. A well-stocked grocery shop provides everything you need from frozen foods to sweets and Camping Gas. If you fancy a 'nightcap', it doubles as your on-site off-licence. A cafe is next to the Park and a Hotel is in walking distance where all will be made welcome. Toilet and showers are kept immaculately clean (free hot water is provided) and hair dryers and shaver points. There's also a telephone, useful laundry room and dish washing area.

This is a level and peaceful site on the edge of Melrose, (easy for shopping) and overlooked by the three hills which gave rise to its Roman name of Trimontium. Melrose is famous for two things: its ruined Abbey and for being the place where Rugby Sevens was invented in 1883, so if you're a fan, telephone the site for the date when the Border teams meet for their annual Melrose Sevens Rugby Tournament. Other sports facilities adjacent to the site are tennis, playing fields and a playground and there's fishing in the Tweed. Melrose Festival is held in mid June each year.

A 7-acre level park, 3 acres of which is a touring site for caravans, tents and motor homes with electric hook-up, available on grass or hard-standing. We also have a range of static caravans. Seasonal tourers always welcome either annually or for summer or winter months.
