Staffin Campsite
Set beneath the romance of the Trotternish Ridge with views over the Hebridean Minch, Staffin Campsite offers a warm welcome to that Highland getaway, holiday retreat, for both young and old.
The site also has a two bedroom, holiday cottage, which sleeps 4.
Staffin is situated 16 miles north of Portree.
When you arrive on Skye, travel 40 minutes to the town of Portree climbing North on the A855 for 16 miles passing the 'Old Man of Storr 'and the kilt rock with views over the Hebridean Minch.
Staffin falls amongst some of the most rugged, yet breath-taking and beautiful scenery on the island. The Trotternish Ridge sets a back-drop to the campsite while the Hebridean Minch cuts through the beauty of the peaceful highland retreat close to Staffin Bay.
The site has modern toilet facilities with free hot free hot showers and hair drying facilities.

Kinloch Camp Site
Kinloch Campsite is a small family run, informal site situated in North West Skye at the head of Loch Dunvegan.
We are open from 1st April to 31st October. Pre booking is advisable if electric hook-up is required however we do not have electricity for tents.
The toilet block provides hot showers. There is hot water to all basins and showers as well as shaver points and coin operated hairdryers.
The laundry room has a sink with hot water and coin operated washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer, spin dryer and ironing facilities.
Dish washing is available in a separate room with 6 sinks, all with hot water.
Free battery charging and freezer pack exchange is provided at the reception.
Barbeques are allowed but only on the stands provided.
Well behaved pets are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
On site amenities include hard standings with 230 volt, 16 amp electricity supply and chemical toilet dump point for continental vans.
If you have an awning we advise you to bring steel pegs.
The village of Dunvegan is a 5 minute walk from the campsite and has a full range of services including a bakery, grocers, greengrocer, newsagent, restaurants, bars, post office, garages, medical centre and churches.

The campsite was first established in 1969, but in 2001 it was completely refurbished, with all new toilets, showers and laundry & washing facilities installed in new purpose-built premises. We aim to do all we can to make your stay enjoyable. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
We also have facilities for wheelchair users. Please let us know if you need a reserved space.
