Henstent Park
Henstent Park is a small, peaceful, family run site which occupies a spectacular elevated position in the Tanat Valley on the fringe of the Berwyn mountain range, which provides a stunning backdrop and superb views. Located in Llangynog Powys. To the North of Mid Wales, just over the Shropshire England border and on the outer edge of the Snowdonia National Park.
There is fishing on the river Tanat, which forms one boundary of the Park, as well as bird watching and stargazing. Locally there are good walks and climbing to suit all levels of fitness and, for the more active, mountain-biking opportunities.
The friendly village of Llangynog (Llan-gun-og) is only five minutes walk and has two excellant inns, both serving good quality, value-for-money meals.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead. A riverside dog walk is provided. Sorry, no dogs allowed inside our seperate tent campsite.

Anchorage Caravan Park
Anchorage is a high standard family run Caravan and Camping Park, centrally situated for touring much of Mid and South Wales, especially the Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains.
The South facing sunny site has magnificent views of the North Scarp of the nearby Black Mountains which belying their name are grass, bracken and heather covered, and change colour with the light and weather conditions constantly.
We are within easy reach of the beautifull conuntryside from majestic mountains to waterfalls, castles, and historic monuments.

Lakeside Caravan & Camping Park is situated adjacent to Llangorse Lake in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains. Surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Brecon Beacons, the Caravan and Camp Site offers many opportunities for those interested in outdoor activities. Llangorse Lake is the largest natural lake in South Wales and is renowned for its Pike Fishing. Priory Mill Farm
If you want a truly special, small, secluded place to camp, this stunning riverside meadow will provide it. The level, grassy field meanders alongside the river offering plenty of space and privacy. The only buildings visible are the traditional stone built farmhouse and watermill. The nearby road is unclassified and quiet, so the only noises are the gentle swirling of the river, the inquisitive hens and sometimes the Tawny Owls at night. Locally produced charcoal and firewood is provided, plus metal trays, enabling that long lost, essential ingredient of traditional camping - a campfire - to be experienced.
The main focal point has to be the river (Honddu); this is described as one of the most important wildlife rivers in Europe, boasting Salmon, Otter, British Crayfish, Wild Trout and Bull-Head Fish. (Fishing is available.) In addition to attracting campers it is also home to Herons, Dippers and Kingfishers.
Recycling is encouraged with separate bins. Free range eggs are for sale. Pristine hot showers, wash rooms and toilets are housed in a bow roofed, cedar boarded cabin which is kept cosy, warm and dry with sheepswool insulation.
The unspoilt natural haven of peace and quiet in the Brecon Beacons is helped by the request for no noise after 10:30, which is also when the cabin lights go off; so no light pollution.

Pistyll Rhaeadr
The site at Pistyll Rhaeadr is set amongst one of the most beautiful and scenic landscapes in Wales. It is situated a stones throw away from the majestic Rhaeadr waterfall (one of the seven wonders of Wales). It caters for both campers and caravanners through a private membership scheme which is also available to recognised groups. The site is located at the end of a valley on mostly flat pastureland with the Rhaeadr River flowing through the centre. Whether coming alone or with family, all users share one thing in common, they use Pistyll Rhaeadr as a retreat, to get away from the stresses of everyday life. As a member you are invited to share this very special place so that you may experience its presence and peace. Being a member means being respectful, being responsible for your behaviour and actions, and abiding by the campsite rules. Please respect the retreat nature of this site by not bringing any alcohol with you. The lower camp fields have been set aside for full retreat workshops throughout the year, including regular monthly retreats.

Grantley Court Certificated Site
Grantley Court is a beautiful 5 van Caravan Site in the Powys Village of Llandrinio. Close to Oswestry, Welshpool & Shrewsbury.
It has a Camping & Caravan Club Certificated Site licence for 5 caravans in the secluded rear paddock. You will be delighted to hear that the field is nice & level.
The Paddock is 1 1/2 acres in size with the grass always kept neat & surrounded by hedges. The entrance to the property is off the B4393, over a gravel drive & then into the field at the rear. Access is easy.
Within a short walking distance is the Punch Bowl Inn. They serve good food & always have guest beers. A bit further up the road & 1 mile from Grantley is the local Garage with a Post Office, mini supermarket & bottled gas supplies.
Grantley Court enjoys a splendid scenic situation in between Shrewsbury, Welshpool & Oswestry. Just a short distance from the caravan site is the River Severn, Criggion and Rodney's Pillar.
It really is an ideal spot for those who enjoy some peace and tranquility.
Walkers will discover short rambles locally and longer excursions in the surrounding hills and valleys.

Welcome to White House Campsite - our small caravan and camping site in the Heart of Wales. Our site is right next to the River Wye and only a short walk to both Builth Wells and the Royal Welsh Showground at Llanelwedd.
